Integrating with Zoom
Our first-class Zoom integration allows you to automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting when someone books an appointment via SavvyCal.
Adding the App
To connect your Zoom account to SavvyCal, click Settings > Conferencing. Then, click Connect on the Zoom app:

Usage
Once you've connected your Zoom account, you can choose it as the conferencing provider when editing the settings on a Service.

When someone books an appointment for the service, SavvyCal will automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting with a unique meeting ID for that appointment. We'll include instructions for joining the call in the follow-up communication with the client.
Removing the App
Disconnecting Zoom will mean that new appointments will no longer have a Zoom meeting created. Your Zoom account information will be deleted from our systems upon disconnection.
If you'd like to disconnect your Zoom account from SavvyCal, follow these steps:
- Click on Settings > Conferencing, then click Disconnect on the Zoom app in SavvyCal.
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the SavvyCal Appointments app.
- Click the SavvyCal Appointments app.
- Click Remove.
