User roles

There are several predefined roles you can assign to users when adding them to a SavvyCal Appointments account. These roles determine what permissions the user will have on the account.

Role Description
Superuser Full access to the entire account (including billing). This is the highest level of permissions available.
Developer Full access to the entire account (including billing), like the Superuser role, and the Developers area. Use this role to distinguish between non-developers and developers.
Admin Manage appointments, services, staff members, and clients. Limited access to account settings. People with this role can add/invite other users to join the account in the Admin or Staff role.
Staff Limited access to manage appointments and staff. People with this role cannot modify service settings, cannot add/invite other users, and cannot modify core account settings.

To manage member access, navigate to Settings > Members & permissions from the top navigation.
