User roles
There are several predefined roles you can assign to users when adding them to a SavvyCal Appointments account. These roles determine what permissions the user will have on the account.
| Role | Description |
| Superuser | Full access to the entire account (including billing). This is the highest level of permissions available. |
| Developer | Full access to the entire account (including billing), like the Superuser role, and the Developers area. Use this role to distinguish between non-developers and developers. |
| Admin | Manage appointments, services, staff members, and clients. Limited access to account settings. People with this role can add/invite other users to join the account in the Admin or Staff role. |
| Staff | Limited access to manage appointments and staff. People with this role cannot modify service settings, cannot add/invite other users, and cannot modify core account settings. |
To manage member access, navigate to Settings > Members & permissions from the top navigation.
